Konami has announced the start of eFootball 2023 Season 5, with the theme of “European Showdown” to coincide with the grand finale of the soccer season for European leagues.

In a press release, Konami disclosed that Season 5 introduces a variety of player types, including Epic and Highlight players, as well as themed events. The season runs from 05/11/2023 to 08/03/2023 (UTC).

The press release also announces a special campaign to celebrate the clubs that have become champions of their leagues, with an opportunity to sign talented players. Additionally, there will be a celebration of the 6th anniversary of the mobile version of eFootball starting on May 18th.

The Asian game giant also revealed the different types of players that can be signed in the latest season, Season 5, such as Epic players such as D. Seaman and K. Rummenigge, Big Time players like P. Mertesacker and J. Wilshere, Highlight players with outstanding achievements, and Show Time players with new Player Skill “Game-changing Pass”.

In addition, the eFootball 2023 Season 5 unveiling press release notes that all Match Passes have been updated, with users able to unlock Value Match Pass and Premium Match Pass using eFootball Coins.
