EA Sports has officially announced a new partnership between Marvel Entertainment to release FIFA 23 Marvel FUT Heroes for the FIFA 23 game ahead of its formal release on 30 September 2022. This cooperation between Electronic Arts Inc. (EA) and Marvel Entertainment will add ‘FUT Marvel Heroes’ or ‘FUT Heroes Cards’ to the FIFA 23 game in other to honor the larger-than-life cult hero status of Marvel FIFA23 Hereos or FIFA Ultimate Team Heroes. According to EA, each FIFA World Cup™ FUT Hero get a special illustrated FUT item in recognition of their (or the icons) great careers for club and country. EA’s statement which confirms partnership with Marvel reads below:

“Blurring the lines of Comic Culture and Football Fandom with the legendary artists at Marvel, FIFA 23 Ultimate Team Heroes will be illustrated, and inspired by Marvel Super Heroes to celebrate awe-inspiring moments of their careers,”

“Fans will also be able to get their hands on a forthcoming online Marvel Heroes comic book alongside Marvel written bios, with limited physical quantities to be made available at a later date.”
